  1. RWA Registration can be easily done online, at https://dda.gov.in/housing/housing-rwas this site.
  2. On the above-mentioned site of the Delhi Development Authority or via the New Delhi Municipal Corporation site, one can fill out the registration form for RWA.
  3. On the access of the site(s), the option to fill in the details of the RWA, like the name, locality, budget allotted, president name of RWA, Mobile number, and details of the Secretary must be filled.
  4. As well, as fulfil all the documents that are required as per the State Society Registration Act, Society Registration Act, 1860, State Apartment Act.
  5. The next step is to verify the phone number by providing the OTP and filling in the password for the registration.
  6. Pay the fees allotted by the Government.
